| 5. OLD BUSINESS: A. MSA Raffle Tickets: Jim Roux reported that more tickets will be ordered from MSA and will be sent out with membership information. Anyone wanting more tickets can call Jim at 490-1681 or email the club at smsnogoer@yahoo.com. B. The Secretary Position: This position is vacant. The task involved is to type the minutes of the meetings. Anyone wanting this position can come to a meeting to be voted in to this position by the membership and club officers. C. Board of Directors Meeting: Topics of budget and meetings will be discussed at a Board meeting, to be announced (TBA) next week. D. Website: It was agreed that the website will be renewed this year. The amount may be the same as last year. If not, Cindy will report the change at the next meeting. She has asked to be paid for the year (October to October) to save the club money and allowing her not to carry the costs personally, like she did in the past. This was okayed. E. Building Rental: Lou will send a check to the Field and Game Club for the use of the clubhouse. >> |

| 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. Club Trip: Gateway Inn at Medway, Maine February 4th - 7th ~ Paul Haven has worked out a place to stay for our club trip this year. More information will be on the website! Click here to view more. Sign up today. No money is due, we are looking to get a count to see how many rooms are needed. B. Raffle Ticket Sales: This is the ONE club fundraiser that takes little time and helps create funds for trail maintenance another club functions. There are many opportunities to sell raffle tickets at local events and fairs. Sign up to help or organize a table to sell the tickets. The tickets are $2.00 each or 6 for $10.00. C. Nominations: Nominations were opened again for the Club Officers and Directors. >> D. Election of Officers and Directors: >> Please attend our meeting on Thursday evenings (twice monthly) to nominate and vote! If you are interested in filling an Officer's seat or a seat on the Board of Directors, please call 207.490.1681 or use the Contact Us link on the site. | 1. President, Jody Adams opened the meeting at 7:08 p.m. and we recited The Pledge of Allegiance with 15 members in attendance and 1 guest. 2.Vice President: Paul Haven - absent. 3. Secretary's Report: Cindy Roux presented the minutes from the September 10th meeting for the membership to read. A motion to accept the September 10th minutes was made by Don Roux, seconded, and passed. The secretary’s seat is vacant after this meeting. 4. Treasurer's Report: Lou Forni read his report. A motion to accept Lou’s report as read was made by Bob Hansen, seconded and passed. |


| 7. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Subsection: Trailmaster Report. Donald Roux · Bridges need repair. · No trail work has been scheduled at this time. Subsection: Trailmaster Report. Dave Leck · The Traxter needs tracks. Subsection: Administrative Update. Steve Perham - absent. Subsection: Trailmaster – Other – Brian Levesque and Jody Adams Brian has volunteered to check the bridges on the trails to give us an idea of what all needs to be repaired. Thank you Brian! ----and---- Jody would like to see a schedule of Trail Repairs so club members can work on repairs when time permits so we have an idea of what to do in advance to help assist the club’s trails and the Trailmaster. B. Membership Committee: Mike Mosher let us know there was not much to report so far. He got the membership packet to begin membership this year. C. Safety Committee: Don Allaire **The Snowmobile Safety course is set for December 5th, 2009.** · Anyone wanted to assist in teaching a segment can call Don. · Assistance for preparing/serving food on December 5th is needed. This takes an hour or two of your time. Give Don a call. D. Activities Committee: Cindy Roux has offered to chair this position and promises to create a few club activities for this season.
