A. Trailmaster:
Subsection:  Trailmaster Report.  Donald Roux
· Recycle of the cable
· Three bridges are needed this year.  One behind the Airport, the
Wells Barren and Railroad Bridge.
·Gavel Property has been finished.

Phase 3:  Bridge Excavation and Construction - Completion
§ Don would like to paint the cables
§ D.E.P. needs to be notified by next club meeting.
§ Projected completed

* Can do certification for boats, ATV’s and snowmobiles.
* The Snowmobile Safety course is set for December 5th, 2009.

D. Activities Committee:  Kathy Beebe - absent

E. Scholarship Committee: No Report.

<>  Bottles and Cans:  Christi Wilson and Steph Wilson
*  The club received $167.40 from bottles and cans this summer given to the
Treasurer by Christi Wilson.  “Thank you girls!”

9. Next Meeting
:  Our next meeting will be held on September 24th at 7 p.m.  Nomination
of Officers and election of Officers will take place.

10. Adjournment: A motion was made by Lou at 8:29 p.m. to adjourn the meeting.  It was
seconded and passed.  
4. OLD BUSINESS:

A.
Silent Auction: All items left over from the Silent Auction will be placed on the
website allowing businesses or members to take back their item if they choose.  If
these items remain, they will be placed in a Raffle at our upcoming meetings.

5. NEW BUSINESS:
A.
MSA Director Meeting:  Bob Hansen reported that Ski-Doo has a promotion
where snowmobile club members can sign a form at the dealership that will give a $10
donation from Ski-Doo to the club.  Only one sign up for each member. Registrations
have gone up $5.00 this year.  Other updates for the Capital Equipment Grant were
discussed.  Raffle tickets are available.  Bob will be speaking about signage at the MSA
Snowmobile Show.

B.  Raffle Tickets:  The tickets have arrived.  They will be $2.00 a piece and the
drawing will be the 15th of December.  People can pick up the tickets this evening.  Jim
has volunteered to work on the raffle tickets this year.  

C. Meetings: Some discussion began about the possibility of having only 1 meeting each
month.  Jim Roux made a motion to have this item tabled and given to the Board of
Director’s to work on.   The motion was passed unanimously.

D. Website:  The club requested that the club needs to advertise the need of elected
officers on the website.  This will allow anyone with Internet access important
information.    

E. Building Rental: >>

F. Nomination for Officers and Directors:  >>  Please attend our meeting on
Thursday evenings (twice monthly) to nominate and vote!  If you are interested in
filling an Officer's seat or a seat on the Board of Directors, please call 207.490.1681

1. President, Jody Adams - absent.

1A)  Vice President:  Paul Haven welcomed us all and led us in the Pledge of
Allegiance with 15 members in attendance.  The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.
m.  “Jody as you have noticed is not here and will have difficulty getting here due to
work“, announced Paul.  The election of the Officers will begin this evening.

2. Secretary's Report: Cindy Roux presented the minutes from the March 26th
meeting for the membership to read.  A motion to accept the March 26th minutes was
made by Don Roux, seconded, and passed.

3. Treasurer's Report: Lou Forni, “Welcome back everybody!“  He read his
report.
