A. Trailmaster:
Subsection:  Trailmaster Report.  Donald Roux

       * Re-route of Libby Property
         * Re-route of Power Line – Brown to Bridge
         * Re-route of Power Line -- Adams to Trolley Line
         * Re-route of New Dam Road Crossing
         * High Street to Grammar Street (finish)
         * Remove rocks from Grammar Street to Shaw’s Ridge
         * Bridge by Single Pole line by power station
         * Re-deck bridge Single Pole line
         * Re-deck bridge by airport
         * Build onto the back of the Fish & Game Garage
         * Brush out the railroad bed ~ for work this Sunday at 8:00 a.m

**Mousam River Bridge: Update.  More discussion came up on the existing
project.  Phases are not in place at this point.  Permits are not in hand yet.

a good start.”

Safety Committee: Don Allaire has gotten a new written test for the
groomers.

5. NEW BUSINESS:
A.
Todd Palin:  will be in Maine October 11th appearing and signing autographs.  He is
the 4 time winner of the Tesoro Iron Dog Snowmobile Race.

B.  MSA Scholarship Fund:  gives many yearly awards to graduates.  The goal for the
following years is to increase the awards given.  If each club will give $50 each year, this
could increase the size or offering of awards granted.  
*  A member noted:  This is something to consider -- giving to the MSA to help with their
fund if we have excess.

C. Family for Maine: This is a group getting information to others about the adoption
process.

D. Sno-Goer’s Mail:  The mail will be picked up by the Secretary (as it has been
handled) until a new president is found.  Jim Roux will handle the incoming mail as in the
past until a new president is found.

E. Ossipee Mountaineers:  Their Swap Meet will be held the 19th of October.

8. 50/50:  Jim Roux won $7.00. Congratulations Jim!

9. Next Meeting:  Our next meeting will be held on October 23rd at 7pm meeting.

10. Adjournment: A motion was made by Jim at 9:00 p.m. to adjourn the meeting.  It was

4. OLD BUSINESS:

A.
SW Cole Proposal: Nothing has come back to us on this yet.  The soil tests
were done September 16th.  The report was supposed to be in to us in about one
week.  Steve will contact them about where the report is.

B. Insurance: Jim is checking on our liability insurance.  He has called Hartford
and no one has called him back yet.

C. MSA Raffle Tickets:  Jim has mailed out the raffle tickets with a note on how
the ticket sales would work this year.  Five people have sent in their tickets so far.

D. Wal-Mart:  Wal-Mart does not allow for raffle tickets any longer. Other
ideas:  Hannaford, Shaw’s, City Limit’s, Wilderness Motorsports, Robertson’s
and Torno’s.  A sign is needed to make this happen.  Jim will check with MSA for
posters for ticket sales.

E. Silent Auction:  Cindy Roux discussed what was happening on the link to the
silent auction.

F. Bottles and Cans: We collected another $100 this month. The money was
presented by Steph Wilson and Christi Wilson to the club.

G. Maps: Jody to check on maps.  A committee of volunteers may come up with
more information the next meeting.
1. President: No President   >> If you are interested in this position see an Officer
or Board Member.  Nominate yourself or someone else for a special election!  The
Pledge of Allegiance was recited with 15 members in attendance.  The meeting was
called to order at 7:03 p.m.

The meeting was facilitated by Jim Roux until Paul Haven’s return next week,
if a new president has not been voted in.

2. Secretary's Report: Cindy Roux presented the minutes from the September 25th
meeting for the membership to read.  A motion to accept the minutes was made by
Lou Forni, seconded, and passed.

3. Treasurer's Report: Lou Forni Lou Forni read the (attached). Bob Hansen 'got
us money back' from the State of Maine.  
Don Allaire and Bob Hansen made the
club additional money!
A motion to accept the report as read was made by Dave
Leck, seconded and passed.
