| 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. CNC Systems: Brent called and wanted to donate lumber (crated) from his business to a Club to use. There is no cost associated; the club that wants it needs to pick it up. . B. MSA Alert List: A bridge was donated (approximately 80’) and the next day the free bridge had been given away. C. Mt. Chase Lodge: Information and invitations to visit are available. Hydrograss Corporation: (attachments) www.hydrograsscorp.com F. Accident: > G. Craft Fairs: June Haven discussed the success of the Skowhegan Craft Fair. She was excited about the interest, money generated and the help this might have for our club. If something like that could be put together in our area of Southern Maine, it could be quite a fundraiser for our club. Cindy will get more information on this idea and work with June to see how financially beneficial this could be for us. |

| 5. COMMITTEE REPORTS: A. Trailmaster: Subsection: Trailmaster Report. Donald Roux 1. Hired work/rates/etc. > 2. Proposed amount for Trailwork. > Subsection: Administrative Update. Steve Perham 1. Resolved the Vet Clinic Trail. It was been walked off. 2. Machine work needs to be done to get to the RR bed. 3. CMP – 2 bridges to install (permission has been granted) 4. Hanson’s Ridge to the ‘S’ Trail is still being worked on. President of the Lebanon Trail Riders know we’d like the trail to connect…still in process. 5. Other > Subsection: Maintenance Update. Dave Leck 1. Dave took a look at the Traxter winch and fixed it. Subsection: Other Items ~ 1. Don Allaire can get us a bush hog from Taylor Rental. We will be able to use it for no fee if we will advertise Taylor Rental’s good will in helping us on the trails. (An ad posting them on our website?) 2. The trail work team will meet for the next 3 weeks on Sunday at 8am. Bring your coffee! 3. Estimate > B. Membership Committee: Mike Mosher reported that we had 34 renewals. No business renewals are in yet, and no new members. Business Membership is $50.00. C. Activities Committee: It’s time for the YANKEE SWAP, next meeting. Bring a gift ($15.00) to play. Thank you to Carol and Henry, Mike Mosher and Christi Wilson and Jim and Cindy Roux for all of the help. 109 tickets were sold that day. Tickets to Date: 431 tickets have been sold. 40 tickets have been free. These figures include the Wal-Mart ticket sales. Tickets for Sales: Those who work selling tickets get free tickets. (1 free ticket for every 10 sold ~ applies to adults only.) B. Grant Update: The grant writing is finished. Don will be turning the paperwork in on Friday morning to make the deadline. We will send and/or hand deliver, six copies to Augusta, one copy goes to the Historical Society, one copy goes to the Natural Resources Agency and the Club keeps one copy. **Other Information on the Grant > |

President, Jim Roux opened with, “Good evening and thank you to all who pitched in and helped out.” “Thank you to Denise Roux for getting things baked, set-up, organized and for providing us with the delicious turkey! The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and the meeting began at 7:06 p.m. with eighteen members present. 2. Secretary's Report: Cindy Roux presented the minutes from the October 25th meeting for the membership to read. > (See attached amended document.) Jim Roux made a motion to accept the minutes with this stated amendment and it was seconded, and passed. 3. Treasurer's Report: Lou Forni said, “Good evening!” Lou produced the report (attached). A motion was made by Dave Leck to accept Lou’s report as read, which was seconded, accepted and passed. |
