6.  COMMITTEE REPORTS:

holes are being re-routed for now.

Subsection:  Administrative Update.  Steve Perham
Discussion about the Eastern Trail Alliance (North Berwick).

Subsection:  Maintenance Update.  Dave Leck
City Limits is on the list to do.

Subsection:  Other Items ~ Jim Roux
Andy and Jim brought up important points about our trails needing to go
somewhere like local businesses and other trails more than they do now.
The discussion will be continued throughout the season and next year.

B. Membership Committee:  Mike Mosher was absent.  We have one more
renewal.  That gives us 46 renewals.  We have had no business renewals this
year.

C. Safety Committee: Don Allaire asked us all to be careful and to spread
the word!

D. Activities Committee:  Denise Roux.
Club Ride:  We will be meeting for a Club Ride on Sunday, January 27th at
9:00 a.m.  Meet us at the clubhouse in the parking lot.  Where is the ride
going?  We will make plans that morning.
* Saco Pathfinders is open for lunch.  We can check the website and perhaps
make plans to go there.
Club Trip:  Contact Paul Haven for more information.  Check online at the
Club Trips Link (above). The trip takes place next weekend.  Get your gear
packed.
Our trip scheduled:  January 31st through February 3rd 2008.

E. Scholarship Committee: Be thinking of being a volunteer for this
committee.
It takes just one or two private committee meetings.  Three
volunteers are needed.  No experience is necessary.  Rules and training are
discussed each year within the committee.

Remember:  that the deadline date for the scholarship application means that
ALL paperwork, grades, etc. needs to be in for review by the March 1st
date.
A March 1, 2008 postmark date is the deadline in getting your
scholarship application in.

Remember:  if you are a member, spouse or child of a member you may
apply for the Scholarship.
