|Groomer comments March 19, 2017:
ALL CLUB MAINTAINED TRAILS ARE OFFICIALLY OPENED!
And I was almost ready to put the groomer away! What a roller-coaster.
Winter returns with several cold days and now about 18 inches of new snow as I write this.
We did groom a few trails Saturday, the 18th and will head out again on Sunday the 19th.
The trails are better than expected and there is no water on the groomed trails.
There are a few water holes by the Mousam River Bridge on the Double Pole Lines.
Take advantage of the snow as there are only a couple weeks lift to ride.
Water by RT 99 area is not passable.
The Rail Bed to Lebanon is not an option at this point due to landowner concerns.
Carpenter Trail to power lines is the only option to get to Train’s Tavern*
(*this trail has changed and no longer goes into fields)
Follow signs and remember no ATV’s allowed.
Reminder our trails are closed to wheeled vehicles.
